Jo Sharp Silk Road DK Tweed is a blended Yarn of Natural Fibres.
This yarn is Aran weight but does not have a ply as it does not match any, however for an idea of weight is slightly heavier than 8 Ply.
It is comprised of 85% Wool, 10% Silk and 5% Cashmere.
The Silk and Cashmere give this yarn a lovely feel against the skin along with rich tweed highlights and is a pleasure to knit with.
The tension is 20 Stitches and 30 Rows to 10 X 10 cm over stocking stitch on 4.00mm needles.
Ball size is 50gms with 135 metres per ball.

This yarn is Hand Wash and not recommended for dry cleaning as this may harden the fibres.
