Jo Sharp Alpaca Silk Georgette is a Finely Textured sport weight yarn.
It does not have a Ply as it does not match any but for an idea of gauge it is a little heavier than 5 Ply.
It is comprised of 40% Alpaca, 40% Merino and 20% Silk.
Inclusion of 40% Alpaca enhances the soft feel while the Silk gives it a smooth finish to the touch.
The tension is 25 Stitches and 33 Rows to 10 X 10 cm over stocking stitch on 3.25mm needles.
Ball size is 50gms with 130 metres per ball.

This yarn is Hand Wash and not recommended for dry cleaning as this may harden the fibres.
