I’m sure you will love the yarns
already coming in for winter.

PATONS have two superb new fashion yarns this season Loopy Mohair and
Miraggio. Believe it or not New Caressa and Totem Prints. Plus the old
favourites Totem, Bluebell, Patonyle, Dreamtime machine washable baby wool,
and Tasman for rugs and craft.
JO SHARP is a “must see”. Her designs and colours are really very different,
and I doubt that you will see the likes elsewhere.
CLECKHEATON will be strong again with Faux Fur, which now has some multi
colours added. Taboo has an interesting soft, thick looped texture. I hope
that this season we can keep up to the demand for Drop Dead Gorgeous, Alpaca/Wool,
Tencel/Wool and Flowerdale as they will again be strong. If you require
a cheaper wool, Country knits up well and gives good wear.
Feel the texture of So Simple from the SHEPHERD range.
New Accent Mohair has 15 colours to offer us. Glen Mist is a
long standing favourite with a huge colour selection, also four colour
combinations in “Prints”. Their Baby Wool, machine washable, 3 and 4 ply,
also has a 2 ply.
WENDY PETER PAN offers a 2 ply in white and cream, and many colours
in 3-4 and 8 ply baby yarns.
Don’t forget TRUE BLUE for toys and rug making, and ST.
IVES for socks.
HEIRLOOM Easy Care has a large range of colours in 5-8 and 12
ply. Their 100% Alpaca is just beautiful. Aristocrat wool/mohair
is a good seller ,and I’ve recently added Argyle sock wool.
SIRDAR is still making Harlequin. This is a difficult one to adequately
describe - striking colour combinations in a texture of chenille, ribbon
plus. Snowflake Chunky has the softest touch! And lots of colours.
Snuggly is another popular baby yarn .
There are many patterns to choose from: babies, children’s, men’s, women’s,
crafts, toys, dolls clothes, rugs and dogs coats.
We have of course once more expanded the range of accessories, with
new lines in crochet hooks, knitting in elastic, stitch holders, gauges,
stitch markers, stitch stoppers, yarn bobs and needles down to size 1.25mm
